Practicing Gratitude - my new found Love weapon.

Gratitude brings a whole slew of benefits that can bring more Peace, Love, Happiness and Compassion into your Life and Relationships :

  • more empathy

  • well being

  • stronger relationships

  • increased happiness and joy

  • connecting to oneself and others

  • decrease in anxiety

  • more loving

  • more energy/higher vibration

  • increased excitement for others

  • decrease in depression

  • enhanced creativity

Psychologists found that a one-time act of thoughtful Gratitude produced an immediate 10% increase in Happiness and 35% reduction in depressive symptoms.

As you celebrate whichever holiday you choose to celebrate - take five minutes for yourself to reflect on what you are Grateful for today.

1. Gratitude Flow

Grab a sheet of paper, your favorite pen, and set your timer for five minute. Pen to paper, start writing everything that you are Grateful for. Allow any feelings that arise and say “thank you” for them. When the five minutes are up, honor yourself for taking the time to do this exercise.

2. Gratitude Text

Pick a loved one and send them a Gratitude Text. Think of a favorite memory and express your Gratitude for that specific moment in your relationship.

3. Gratitude Self Love

Close your eyes and reflect on everything about YOU that you are Grateful for. Give yourself a dose of Self Love, and be thankful for who you are, where you have grown, and how you show up in the world.

4. Gratitude for Peace

Take a brief moment and be Grateful for the Peace that you possess in your own Life. Where do you find Peace, where do you cultivate Peace. Now, imagine your Peace spreading through your home, your town, your city, your state, your country, and all over our dear planet.

Thank you, lovely reader. I am Grateful to you for inspiring me to write.

Thanks,
